Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

A GO Farms Featured Recipe!

Following is a recipe I made using GO Farms 100% grass fed ground beef.  Both my husband and I thought it was delicious!  He normally doesn’t like leftovers – and certainly not warmed more than once.  He requested it three times after the original serving!

GO Farms 100% grass fed burger patties are superb as well.  We have prepared them plain (with just a little salt and pepper) or with jalapenos and cheese mixed into the meat.  Yummy!

Prep time: 10-15 mins

Cook time: 15-20 mins

Total time:  25-35 mins

  • 4 slices bacon, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cheese Sauce

  • 3 medium eggs

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 cup shredded/grated cheese

  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
