Buying a beef share is the most economical way to fill your freezer with premium, pasture raised, Oklahoma beef.
This beef share is a pre-order for beef on upcoming butcher dates provided below. Beef hangs 14 days then is processsed and packaged. To reserve your share, just place your $250 deposit. Pick up from butcher. If desired, delivery fee of $50; please specify in order notes.
Angus beef share is $4.75/LB, while American Wagyu (Japansese Wagyu cross with American Angus) is $5.75/lb.
Final price determined by final weight. Average quarter beef hanging weight is 200 lbs. Once item(s) is weighed, customer will receive an invoice for balance due.
*Please note, price is based off of hanging weight and includes processing fees. Final packaged weight received is approximately 60% of hanging weight. The premium, pasture raised, no hormone added beef will be grain finished and dry-aged at least 14 days prior to processing. Meat is vacuum sealed for the greatest freshness.

6-8 Ribeye Steaks, Boneless, 1” thick, 2/package
6-8 NY Strip, 1” thick, 2/package
4-6 Filets, 1" thick, 2/package
8 packages cube steak, Tenderized (4 steaks per package)
6 Sirloin Steaks, ¾” thick, 1/package
1 Sirloin Tip Steak, ¾” thick, 1/package
40 lbs Ground Beef 1 lb packages, vacuum sealed
