Buying a beef share is the most economical way to fill your freezer with premium, pasture raised, Oklahoma beef.
This item is 88 lbs hanging at $5.25/LB including processing fees. Please note packaged beef is approximately 60% of hanging weight.
The premium, pasture raised, no hormone added Angus beef is grass finished and dry-aged at least 14 days prior to processing. Meat is vacuum sealed for the greatest freshness.
Standard cut is as follows, amounts are approximate:
10 Roasts (2-3 lb)
6-8 Ribeye Steaks, Boneless, 1” thick, 2/package
6-8 NY Strip, 1” thick, 2/package
4-6 Filet, 1" thick, 2/package
8 packages Cube Steak, Tenderized (4 steaks per package)
6-8 Sirloin Steaks, ¾” thick, 1/package
40# Ground Beef 1 lb packages, vacuum sealed
8-10 lbs Short Ribs
Brisket, half
Stew Meat 1 lb packages, 5 lb total
1 Flank Steak
2 Skirt Steak
dog bones
organs and suet upon request (no extra cost)
