1/8 Angus Beef Share

The premium, pasture raised, no hormone added Angus beef is dry-aged at least 14 days prior to processing. Meat is vacuum sealed for the greatest freshness. 

Standard cut is as follows, amounts are approximate:

2-3 Roasts (2-3 lb)

3-4 Ribeye Steaks, Boneless, 1” thick, 2/package

3-4 NY Strip, 1” thick, 2/package

2-3 Filet, 1" thick, 2/package

2 packages Cube Steak, Tenderized (4 steaks per package)

2-4 Sirloin Steaks, ¾” thick, 1/package

20# Ground Beef 1 lb packages, vacuum sealed

4-5 lbs Short Ribs

Brisket, half

Stew Meat 1 lb packages, 2-3 lb total

0-1 Flank Steak

1 Skirt Steak
