Suet

Beef suet is fat around the kidneys of a cow. It can easily be rendered down, purified and cleaned into Tallow.  Whether you want to make cooking tallow which is packed withh healthy fatty acids and vitamins, or try your hand at face and body moisurizing cream  because tallow is loaded with vitamins A, D, K, & E as well as lipids that permeate the skin better than any other oil, we have the beef suet for you!  2/lb!  comes in 3 lb packaging.
